Unable to complete my download of Zabaware

Hi all

I purchased my full version copy of Ultra HAL assistant, however, while downloading it, my link lost connection. When attempting to reconnect, I received a forbidden error - access denied.

I have tried sending mail to info@zabaware.com; However, I have had no reponse yet.

Would anyone be able to assist me in retrieving the rest of my download? [:(] As I would really like to start using it as soon as I can.
