Problem...Hal will not Load

Hello All,

I have had Ultra Hal for a while and recenly I noticed it has stopped working and I could not get to work.  I kept getting the error when i tried to start the program with "Updating Shortcut Database".  After receiving this error a few times I thought maybe program became corrpupted so I uninstalled UltraHall and Reinstalled.  Result was the same problem.  If I go task magnager I see the program says "not responding".  I have no idea what the probem is and I miss using the program.

If anyone has any ideas on this, I would appreciate any help.

I have UltraHal 6.013 or whatever the most recent version.
