no setup.exe on my cdrom

I purchased Ultra Hal with Neo speach but the CD only has the following cabs on it?

AUS.cab
ENG.cab
ENGgen~1.cab
IND.cab
SEA.cab

How do I go about getting the proper version of the software I purchased?

Those are the only files? How odd.

The best way to get support is to go to the main page ("Home" above), Sign in to the member area and send a customer service email directly to the staff. Robert may answer here, but I and others have gotten a more direct response there. Probably just a production glich in copying CDs...
