loading appointments

hi all,
when ever hal decides to crash or my pc takes a break.i have a big problem trying to load all my appointments back in hal, i'm asking/no begging for a way to do this wihtout retypeing all over again. please does anyone have a clue.

Back up your files?

Appointments are in your active halbrain database, so backing it up should save you some trouble. It would be Hal.db or some such thing.
