Hi Rob.

I don't know if it was an oversite but the:
'RESPOND: CALL CAPITALS FUNCTIONS
isn't present in the Default HAL 6 Brain.

Thanks. That was an oversite. I was planning on moving the capitals function to the brain database instead of the DLL for Hal 6.1, but that didn't make the release.
