I have seen Jeff before and he is funny sometimes. As far as ventriquist go though I think that Terry Fator is the greatest. First of all Terry can immitate almost eny singer in the country and in fact most of the time he sounds better than the original. The amazing part comes when he makes his puppets do the singing. You never see his mouth move even when singing at full volumn.
