Problem with Speech Recognition

When trying to use Speech Recognition in Ultra Hal version 4.5
I press select SR Engine and selects the engine
then when I press okej I get the following error:

Ultra Hal Assistant error
Error 13
Occured at line 3
in ultra hal assistant: frm.options1.command10_clic

can some one help me to solve this problem?
I am using windows xp
