error SMAPI RC= -4 unable to find an available speech engine

hello there everyone!

   i'm a new member on this forum even if i came here since a long time just to check new feeds. i've just bought Ibm via voice 10 from the Zabaware store and after installation and mic test i have the message: error ( SMAPI RC=-4 ) unable to find an available speech engine. i dunno what to do, i have correctly installed the CD from IBM and follow he instruction but this message still pop up everytime i launch the thing. please help, i spent 40$ ( i'm from France ) to get the product and if it doesn't work, damn i've been f*****! thanks
