Please Help Resolve a 429 Error

When I exit Hal I get a 429 error stating that, "Active X could not render/create the objet." Is this even something to worry about? If it is does anyone know how to fix it?

I forgot to mention that I use Windows XP. Don't know if that matters really just wanted to share.

Not real familiar but have seen it before. Usually related to Windows VB script or runtime that Ultra Hal could triggered. May be off base here just trying to help. Sometimes need an update for Visual Basic or something could have gotten corrupted. Using XP could it be a simple update with microsoft but don't think Ultra Hal caused directly rather indirectly if that makes sense. Hopefully another member can give you a clearer picture.
Does it happen every time with Ultra Hal?
