hals voice speed

Does anyone know , is their a way to slow down hals actual voice speed (like how you can do it with balboca? ) or the text reading ???
If not this would be a great thing that Robert should add to Hal as with some voices hal seems to read and say it "VERY" fast and it actually needs to be slowed down to sound more natural .  :)
