Is their any other ogg converters that can do what hapteck can, cheaper ?

This may seem like a dumb question but has anyone ever checked or know of an ogg converter that will lipsinc the way haptecks does but for a cheaper price ? Haptecks as far as i know is around 100 dollars . :(

i have started looking for a freeware lipsincing tool , hoping that maybe their is an open source freeware version , it's christmas time, one can only hope and wish lol!
anyway here is the starting link in case anyone else also wants to search , this may be like a raiders and the lost ark story though lol! ;)

i found this on you tube it's called magpie it lipsincs , i tried to do a search for the site to see what the software cost but just kept getting places that are sponcered by third paries (where they have add on things to try the free 30 day trial . so couldn't find the price of it .
