what would you like to talk about uhp plug in idea

i was just thinking that it would be nice for hal to have a plug in that when asked , what would you like to talk about today ,
hal through a plug in would access the subjects file and pull up a random response with a heading sentence of hey , i know , how about we talk about elvis presley , then say something on information about him from learned files .
   hal would only talk about what subjects are in learned files and info . on them . and extra response from the user will be placed in the subject file talked about .
  I could make a uhp plug in with a list of varoius things but it would be nice if hal acessed his or her own subject files etc. and also more learned things would be added to it , and using a random subject file it would always have different subjects that hal would respond back and talk about .
