Hal

I have got Hal installed on my comouter and every time I try to use my microphone something or someone starts to talk and I can talk to Hal at all.   I can plug in my speaker sys and set there and listen to Hals talk back to someone or something what can I
do about that.  I don't know if it on my computer are
the program disk   snuffy

Welcome to the Hal Forum.
The only version that you can use a microphone with is the paid version. Even with the paid version it should be in a very quiet room. Hal has to be trained to your voice alone and any background noise will give you bad results. Hopes this helps.
