How can I access my NeoSpeech voices?

I installed "Ultra Hal Text-to-Speech Reader with NeoSpeech" from the CD that I purchased from Zabaware.  Sub-folders with files for the NeoSpeech Kate and Paul voices were created on my hard drive in the ZabawareHalReader folder but these voices are not shown in the drop down list in the on-screen player.  Someone please tell me how to add them to the player list.  Thanks
