Error 2355 when installing downloaded version

I keep getting an error code 2355 when I try to install the software.  I have tried installing on a 2000 pro machine and also a ME machine.  What does this mean and how can I fix the problem.  I have tried 3 different downloads and am currently on my 4th attempt.  Zabaware has yet to repond to my e-mails.  Please help.
