Adding Knowledge to Hal Version 6

I would like to know of a way one could add more infomraiton rapidly and get a more responsive Hal.

 OnTheCuttingEdge has a website called the UltraHal forum, there is a plugin he's written which he says allows Hal to learn by reading. There are also text files to teach Hal common knowledge, together thay should speed up Hal's learning. In the past I've cut and pasted text into Hals window which I feel has improved his conversational abilities.
