New UltraHal UI Skin

Thought I would come up with a new skin for Hal,
so now Hal can drive his/her own car - The Red Sport Coupe. [:D]

Here's one I did at the suggestion of "fuzziedice" over
at digitalgirl forum. It's a Hal skin based on the
Knight Industries 2000 sports car "KITT" from KnightRider.
