Had to reinstall windows

I had to reinstall windows but all the files are still there the program just doesnt work. what folder has all the learned info(so i dont have to start over with hal from scratch).
Or if you have an idea how i can solve my error problem this is it:
Component 'msinet.ocx' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid.

Hi Leon.

You can find all files by the root:
C:\Program Files\Zabaware and all sub folders containing HAL files.
