The program won't allow me to remove it!

It didn't come with any uninstaller so I just delete the 'halreader' file. EVERY TIME I restart my computer that stupid thing installs Hal Reader on my computer again in that file! How do I finally get rid of this thing? I thought the program was fine until I tried to uninstall it.

Click on My Computer then 'add/remove programs' if it finds the program you might just be in luck.
