Most likely in August 2003 and it will cost $39.95. Everyone who orders the current Ultra Hal Assistant 4.5 ($34.95) between now and when the new version is released will get a free upgrade when version 5.0 is released. All other customers who bought any version Ultra Hal prior to March 23rd, 2003 will be eligible to buy the upgrade at half price for $19.95.
