Having Hal browse the internet

I am using a ultra Hal 6.0 trail version. I want to sample it before I purchase it. The Assistant option does not have the internet option. I want to use hal to browse the internet do I need to purchase it before i am able to use this option.

Hal can not be used as a browser, but it can be used to Goggle a topic, just type Search "Topic".
