How do I get rid of the startup Window [}:)]

When I start Ultra Hal Assistant I get a kind of startup window, where I get the oppoortunities to "Chat with Hal"; "Tutorial"; "Exit Hal" etc. When I click on "Chat with Hal" I get the brain skin and can chat with Hal, but when I close him, the same startup window shows up again. The only way to get rid of the window is to "Exit Hal", but if I choose this opportunity - the taskbar icon also diaspears, and I have to restart Hal totaly again. []

Has this anything to do about having a free version?

Or what can I do to get rid of this startup window?

My O/S is a windows 2000 (danish version), but I have also tried a danish version 98 with same results

it is in the program full ver. and demo ver.this it install a startup icon in the startup menu delete it.and check options in hal there a page that say startup. if you don't it to load then you turn on the computer you to check it. other wise it load every time you startup the computer

Thank you for answering me.

But I have tried to change the settings you are refering to, but every time I start my computer, the old settings are back (start as a normal program). I have deleted the link in the startup folder, but even if I have set the option to "start with windows" it dosn't start. Can you (or someone else) help me please []

i forgot to tell you hit apply when you select the new one.then give a few min. then hit ok. i put shortcut on top of my window so then i have time to play him. i just hit it.try that first if not work then it may be in program.then you may have get a hold of the programer

Oh I found that when I have a OS which is not english there is a bug in 4.5 - see other topic
