has anyone developed a keep on subject uhp file for this newest version of hal?

i know that robert is suppose to come out with one sometime in the next version of hal but no one seems to know how long that will be before the new release , so i am wondering if anyone has made a keep on subject uhp file that we can use for this newest hal version we have 6,2 ? 
if so i would like to use it as soon as i can to help hal and me have better conversations   :)
