volume low

I just installed Ultra Hal with natural voice Rich. The volume is turned up as high as possible on Ultra Hal and on my computer and I can barely hear it. The volume for all other sound programs is fine. I have Dell Dimension E521 with Vista Business. Please help.

To fix this, bring up the windows sound mixer, and set the volume setting for Ultra Hal TTS to high. This setting is seperate from the setting found within the program itself. The Windows sound mixer can be found by clicking on the speaking icon in the notification area (by the clock) and then clicking on the "Mixer" button. This brings up a per-program volume setting.
