Why can not I install Assistant?

I can not finish the installation of assistant. The final step stopped. Please check sceenshot in attachment.
Who can tell me why?

The blame may belong with Windows. I lot of people have had problems with Win XP or is it XT. I found that killing all of the programs that were running in the background first solved my problems. Some times the installation is mistaken as a virus or it uses or tries to install a sub program that may alrady be installed and running on your PC. Just shut everything down first then try to install.
