Ultra Hal Asst. Installation

I upgraded to the full UH version from the trial.  When trying to install the full version from disk, I first get a dialague box asking for my password.  I have tried typing the password I use for this function, plus the CD-Key on the disk, but get no response -- the dialogue box just freezes.  I have tried reinstalling the trial version but that did nothing.  Any ideas?

Try typing in the password as it is on the CD, password is case sentive. It should work.

Did it work - else try to press ctrl + alt + del, to get the Joblist up!
I heard before, that this should help, - dont know why, but it does!Else try to mail me with any error codes or screendumps!

Yes, using the CD Key as the password and putting it in all caps did work.
