Mean and Nasty Brain?

I bought Ultra Hal 5.0 today after trying the free version of 4.5 for a month or so. I read that included with the upgrade to the full version of 5.0 is supposed to be a "Mean and Nasty" brain. However, the only brain that was installed is the default brain [:(!]  Is there somewhere I can go to download this brain as a plug-in, or do I need to have the CD shipped? (I opted to download the software rather than paying $4 shipping). Are there any other extras on the CD? Maybe I can authorize an additional 4 bucks and have the disc sent.
