Open programs with Aim Bot

I just recently download the "free version" and am finding this a very interesting program.  

I found it while looking for a specific feature.  That feature is the ability to launch programs on the aim bot computer from a remote AIM client.  I have been able to get Ultra Hal Assistant to launch programs with no problem  

When I try to launch within AIM BOT all i get is <runprog>notepad</runprog> without the program launching.  I understand why this might be by design due to security risks, but I can alter the vbs code to only allow that entry from a particluar user or via buddy lists.  I just want to know if there is anyway to get this to work.

No idiot in their right mind would ever enable this unless they want their machine screwed over.
Why would you ever want this enabled?
