microsoft outlook

Hallo

I am new with this. I started using the hal assistent and have a couple of questions.
1) How can I add a response into Hal'script file, for example: I would type in "Tell John to leave me alone" and he must say something like "John, get back to work."
2) We are using microsoft exchange server, will Hal work with that, to notify me when I do have emails.
3) When I give him an email address, he saves it somewhere. When I type in:email "whoever", he opens microsoft outlook but outlook do not recognise that address because my addresses are saved in my personal contacts. How can I set up outlook to recognise an address from Hal?
