A couple of years ago i had a go at changing a male model to female which didn't work real good.
Finally i think it is very close to what i was aiming for.
The reason being that the facial features are a lot better in the male than the female figures.

The first pic is a before & after pic.

The second pic is a comparison of the now 2 female figures.
Same skin & hair on both, only difference is the one on left is original female & one on right is altered male.
