MSN Possibilities

I have searched the Forum for MSN chatting capabilities and all that the forum has stated is that it could be a possibility in the near future. I would also like to know it they were talking about MSN messenger or chat rooms. If anyone could give me an update on this progress or if it is even being considered I would really appreciate it.

I have an Alicebot at Runabot.com, and their main page says that both MSN and Yahoo have recently decided to exclude "third-party clients," which is what bots are, from their messaging services. I don't know if Hal functions in instant messaging the same way as an Alicebot does, but if so, the idea is officially exlcuded, for the moment.
