Sandy is MIA

I downloaded a trail version and then bought the full version of UltraHal.  While using the demo version, "Sandy" disappeared (along with similarly featured characters).  Assuming it was a bug in the demo, I bought the full version.  The problem still exists.

I have search the forum and can't find anyone with similar problems.  Can anyone help?

Love the program otherwise and have learned alot reading the forum.

Same thing happened to me... All I did was save my brainfiles and uninstall/reinstall the whole thing. Worked.
