I believe some security changes by the latest Windows update changed some settings on the zabaware server that prevented that page from working correctly. I have changed some permission settings. Can you tell me if it is working for you now?

I figured out the cause of most of your problems. Because of security settings on the Zabaware server "passive" mode ftp transfers were not working. Passive mode is used by people that share internet connections with a router, NAT, or restrictive firewall.

I have converted all download on the Ultra Hal Plug-ins links to simply use http instead of ftp, so everything works now. I have also enabled a limited number of passive ftp ports on the server so that any external links to the Zabaware ftp server will work also.
