Using Neospeech with Ultra Hal Assistant

I bought the Utra Hal Text to Speech Reader with Neo Speech and then downloaded and installed the Ultra Hal Assitant. I would like to use the Neo Speech with my Assistant characters but it doesn't seem to work. Anyone have any experience with this problem? Any suggestions?

Does the voice work with the Hal Reader? I'm not sure whether the installation includes the required speech engine components. Do you have a speech engine installed and configured? You can download what you need free from Microsoft.
