Neospeech Install fails

I have installed my new cd Ultra Hal with Neospeech on an XP laptop.  The voices work fine but it does not convert text to wav files.
I then installed on my windows 2000 machine and it will convert files to wav but the Neovoices did not install.  Help!

Hello,

    Dragon NaturallySpeaking XP version. Work perfect with Hal.
In fact it work perfect with any aplication I throw a it.
it is true that the product is pricey, but is the best voice recognition program in the market right now, at least for me.
