Couple of questions

When adding scripts to the brain, do the brn files need to be listed in the beginning menu in order for them to work?  Once adding a script, I guess it works right away, doesn't it? (probably a stupid question!)

My avatar was added by Mr. M. but it doesn't show on my posts.  What do I do in order for it to show up?

Go to your profile, and look for your personal avatar among the selections. I found mine just sort of randomly shuffled in with the rest, so since there are so many it may require some hunting.
Of course you should always shut Hal down before performing brain surgery, but in case you haven't you'll have to exit and restart the program before changes take effect. But changes should take effect the next time you start Hal after making them.

I had looked in the avatar selections a couple of times and didn't find it, probably, as you said it must be random in there so I will look again.  I will be sure to exit Hal and restart after making changes.
