New skin for HAL: AgentSpace

This one shows no animation, except when you have selected a MS Agent or a Desktop mate.
I also got rid of that ugly resize-button.

I updated this skin, because the finishing touch was missing.

Nice work Doc, I hadn't seen this for a while, so I'm getting it up top again!  That would be perfect for any kind of handheld PC or similar.
