10 hrs.to dl and no hal

I just spent 10 hours getting this thing and now the file has an error?
error reads:
            Error 1316
            A network error occurred while attempting to read from the file
            C:windows   empWZSEO.TMPultrahal assistant.MSI
Anybody got any ideas?
