Downloading problems.
« on: September 16, 2005, 01:52:29 am »
Hello,

I am another XP user who cannot get the the full program to load. I again get a little black box (DOS) flashing on the screen and then it disapears and .....nothing! It started installation on one of the attempts but then told me it could not continue because the free version was still installed. I tried so many times that I now have a 3 download limit screen. I have tried emailing, using thier contact details page, but have had no answer!

I do not know what to do. I have no one I can contact from Zabaware and seemingly no way of getting a new download link!

Does anyone know how I can contact Zabaware or what else I can do.

Any help appreciated.

Many thanks.

You must uninstall any/all previous versions of HAL before installing
the new (full) version.

You might want to temporarily disable or turn off any anti-virus checking programs before installing.
In the world of AI it's the thought that counts!

Hello,

Zabaware just got back to me 10 mins after sending last email! I was very impressed. Also I now have been given 48 hours to download the program instead of 3 attempts - I can make sure I download it properly.

Thankyou Zabaware [:)]
