HAL AIM Bot

Hello, I recently downloaded Hal Assistant 4.0 (an amazing program to say the least) and I want to install the AIM bot.  Whenever I try to install it, it says that the files are outdated..  Umm?  Can someone send me the .DLL files required for the installation?  Because it says to restart and that doesn't work :(
