I don't understand how to input values for background and foreground colors in the input and output boxes. I could see that six digits would mean something like ff00ff. But there are eight digits and sometimes seven.

;Coordinates and color of Hal's output box
SkinHalBGColor=10266780  <--- ???
SkinHalFGColor=16777215  <--- ???
SkinHalFontName=Arial
SkinHalX=497
SkinHalY=166
skinhalWidth=164
skinhalHeight=74

versionfour,
 I haven't worked with this in some time but if memory is correct the three colors R,G,B are from 0 to 256, a total of nine.  I'm looking at blued.uhp which gives 11316396, red = 113, g = 163 and blue is 96 or 096. The next set is 2105376 or 210, 53, 76, leading zeros are removed.

Thank you both, Freddy888 and Carl2. I haven't messed with hexidecimals enough to know. They do not related to 256 in the way we might think. Dr Benway discovered the solution. And I was mean enough to criticize eyelashes.htr.

The .uhp file uses the Audrey Hepburn method:

+ [green x 256] + [blue x 256 x 256] = color definition

Use this spell and the magic rainbow will rain hard pieces of candy. I think I shall search the archives for your skins to study.

This may come as a relieve: I didn't make the eyelashes. I ripped them off from Haptek's Lola. And I am not too fond of them either. They are too large. [:D]
