Are you prepared to pay 50,000 a year under Contract for an A.I Programmer, Especially a multilingual programmer?

I have been ripped off three times by scammers pretending to be corporations needing coding skills in developement of their own A.I, I am a little leary of wasting my time.

Besides, I work under Contract, Not an Employment Application.
