I need help[:(!]

      I downloaded people and clicked on the file to install, but I get a small box that pops up and has CORRUPT INSTALLATION DETECTED?

Any body know anything?[:(!]

Hi there,

I've had that kind of error when the downloaded install file has become corrupt. (Files can sometimes get corrupted while you download them - it's pretty rare but it can happen.) Try downloading it again, hopefully it will work then.

Failing that, you might be best to contact Haptek direct - there's an email address in the Support area of their web site. Since they created the program, they'll probably be able to help you get it installed.
