Why in the heck would I pay $30 for a program with no lip sync???

If you're referring to the Cepstral voices, I use them and they work fine. BTW, I think they were only $24.
They come with a program called SwiftTalker that allows you to set pitch, speed and volume.

They do work fine with Hal!!

I downloaded the demo, and in speech options, I chose Emily. It had "No 2D lipsync" next to it.

I tried it out, and sure enough, the Full Body gal's lips did not move.

Think about it...no 2D...not no 3D lipsync.
Run the HapSapiSetup and all should work fine
with the head or fullbody chars.[8D]

Yep, I found it. I was put off by that "No 2D lipsync"
