I just checked, nothing has come out of my pocket as a result of you not knowing how to properly install working software.
I asked Hal what "Capitalism" means, and it said nothing about sporatic customer service, pocket sharing or sand - so I went to an online dictionary -
cap·i·tal·ism [kap-i-tl-iz-uhm] –noun
an economic system in which investment in and ownership of the means of production, distribution, and exchange of wealth is made and maintained chiefly by private individuals or corporations, esp. as contrasted to cooperatively or state-owned means of wealth.
-so I am left wondering what you understand about capitalism that means that you own Robert and he has to skip classes to conform to your time schedule.
Robert has always gone out of his way to help me, but perhaps that has to do with me giving him good information in a readable form so that he can easily analyse the problem and send me the answer. I have never been rude, demanding or insulting, and I don't snark about him in public.
Maybe that's just a coincidence. I know that when I have a choice, I give basic customer service to rude whiners, and good customer service to nice people. I suspect that most people unconsiously do about the same. Perhaps as long as you are lecturing Robert on economic philosophy, he will give you customer service when he can no longer avoid it.
That's what I would do, unfortunately, Robert is a better behaved individual than I am...
