Thanks all, I'm emailing them ba****ds about 30 times a day and still no word or even a kiss my a** or nothing. I will never buy anything from them again. Now I wish I would have gave out copies of the damned program. If anyone has any ideas of what to do, I'm all ears. I never thought I'd miss it, but I do.

as i said before jack only thing i know is try the better business beauru explain about having trouble with your computer and having to redo it and reinstall the product and also that you have e-mailed them 30 times. etc. and can't get them to straighten the matter out !!good luck
