Show and Tell

I'm giving you a "Show and Tell" today.

First watch the video and then I'll tell you about it.

That was a video I did last night for the fun of it.

And now I'll explain what you just saw.



The box of crackers is just a jpg off the Internet.

The little dancing girl on top is Microsofts Dancer LE (Cobey)  She comes with your windows XP.  If you happened to not have her, she can be downloaded free from Microsoft.  http://othersiderainbow.blogspot.com/2006/12/microsoft-plus-dancer-le.html

I opened the cracker box picture on desktop and put Cobey dancing on it.  
Then I turned my webcam to the desktop and shot a 30 second video of her dancing.
(If you don't have one, a webcam cost $20 at any Radio Shack or computer store)

Now the girl with the hat is Cassee, one of my haptars. I opened Cassee on desktop, and shot a few seconds of her looking around.
I now have two videos, one of Cobey dancing and one Cassee "looking around".

I then opened "Windows Movie Maker".  (it's already on your computer)
I put in the two videos and using blue screen transition I put Cassee on top of Cobey so they run at same time.   Then for background music I drop and drag an MP3 song onto the video.
I put title "Dancetime" at front and "Duskrider" sign at end, and I click "save as movie".

I never had those dancers from M$. Cool. (I had MP3 dancer,but not these)
