Can Not Install Desktopmates

Thank you for your message.   I went to start then Run...  and typed in "C:WindowsMSAgentsChars" and clicked OK.   The message I received was [ Insert disk ~ Please insert a disk into Drive C:. ]   Does this mean to insert a blank CD into my computer or my Windows XP disk?   How do I then proceed from there?

If you have a CyberBuddy CD, put it in your CD drive and XP should pop up a window asking if you want to install it.

What you typed in the run command was a folder or directory location which basically does nothing.

Once the window come up, follow the prompts from there and let the program use default settings (let it put the program where it wants).
