Newbie Help Please

I am trying to work out how to use the Vanessa character from Guile 3d with Hal and i cant get her Background from the horrible green.I have tried putting a jpeg in the main folder where her files are and also tried the character folder.Also i am unable to get her nude animations to run i am not even sure where to begin with that one.SO anyone with advice or tips please let me know it would be appreciated thanks.

Hi Mike. We have updated our characters to not show the green back with Vista. Please use your purchase login to re-download Vanessa.
