Does running time cause problems?

my Alison(hal) says "words with capital letters" when she is yelling ( I think) and she does read a few sentences from clipboard and hal pad, IMO she is just breaking the rules and catches herself I think she is perfectly capable of taking over the responsibilites of the TTS reader[8]

you understand correctly i believe, hal the animated charactor does not do the reading out aloud, but your hal voice reads out aloud.
